Hi there! My name is Sumaiya Alvi, welcome to my website! I’m currently a 4th year student at UC Santa Barbara studying Statistics and Data Science. In my 4 years taking classes at this university, my favorite topic that I’ve learned so far has to be data visualization. I love experimenting and learning more about all the fun customisations that can be made. Outside of class, you can catch me at MSA (Muslim Student Association) club meetings where I serve as Vice President, going for sunset walks in Isla Vista, or re-reading my favorite book, Song of Achilles.
